I began my career in 2005 and, driven by both my interests and market demands, have undertaken a wide range of projects that can be categorized into two main areas: art and technology. Being passionate about both fields, I have consistently sought to incorporate elements of each—or a combination of technology and art—into most of the projects I have worked on.

2019-2021

Live Eyebrow Design Sotware

Interactive live 3D scanner and Live AR

In this project, I developed a system that utilizes an RGBD camera in combination with a 4K RGB camera to perform rapid 3D scans of a person’s face. Using the integrated 3D AR module, the system allows for real-time design of custom eyebrows directly on the live facial model. Finally, the designed eyebrows can be automatically converted into a 3D model, ready for printing.

Project Features:

  • 3D face scan with depth camera (Single Sensor Fusion)
  • Face recognition by artificial intelligence in the point cloud environment and specifying the distance and dimensions of the face
  • Matching the 3D model scanned on LiveD Cloud Points (3D AR Fusion)
  • Find the main landmarks of the face and marker in live and 3D mode
  • Use marker and face points for 2D-3D matching for the ultimate 4K AR and design eyebrows live
  • Automatic making of a printable 3D mold of designed eyebrows

Face Design Sotware + AR-VR

2017-2019

In this project, I designed and developed specialized software precisely aligned with the company’s needs and objectives. The core focus was to provide powerful tools for editing 3D facial models produced via photogrammetry—enabling users to sculpt and refine facial features and automatically generate 3D molds optimized for high-precision 3D printing. These molds play a critical role in reducing errors during cosmetic surgery procedures. Beyond visualizing pre-surgical facial transformations, the software delivers a comprehensive suite of customization options, allowing clients to experiment with different hairstyles, hair colors, eyebrow shapes, and even virtual wardrobe changes as part of an integrated beauty package. This empowers users to preview a completely transformed version of themselves before making any real-world changes. Furthermore, the software is equipped with advanced VR support and interactive AR features, enabling users to view and experience their selected changes live and in real time, directly on their own face.

My enthusiasm for emerging technologies, combined with my programming expertise and background in animation and visual effects—as well as my proficiency with a wide array of 2D and 3D software—has empowered me to execute and deliver a diverse range of innovative projects over the years. A particular highlight was the creation of video mapping installations for theaters, festivals, and exhibitions, which pushed the boundaries of visual storytelling and immersive experiences. Alongside this, I also developed several AR and VR applications. Some of my most fulfilling experiences from this period include programming for the Microsoft Kinect v2 and developing software solutions for both Android and iOS platforms.

Visual Effects & 3D Animations

2004-2017

From a young age, I was captivated by the world of animation, and this passion inspired me to begin learning animation software and techniques early on. My professional journey started with producing teasers and TV commercials, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with a range of advertising agencies, both as a freelancer and as a full-time team member. In addition to working on large-scale advertising campaigns, I pursued artistic projects such as creating short 3D animations and developing visual effects for feature films and television series. Alongside these creative pursuits, I also focused on developing interactive software, further expanding my expertise in digital media and technology.
